RASA Accredited Reiki Master Teachers

Our RASA accredited Reiki Master Teachers are dedicated to teaching and practising Reiki at the highest level. To achieve Master Teacher status, our Reiki Master Teachers must have practised as a Master Practitioner for at least 5 years. All our Master Teachers maintain an active Reiki practice and are committed to empowering themselves and others through Reiki.

Each Master Teacher has committed to abide by our Code of Ethics and minimum teaching standards. These high standards allow our Master Teachers to provide quality Reiki training that is consistent and accredited. Our high standards have also helped our teachers become qualified to offer complementary training courses.

Karen Lange

Many moons ago, Karen left her first profession as a school teacher in Biological Sciences to follow her spiritual calling, that of an empowerment teacher and spiritual counsellor.

Karen has since qualified as a Reiki Grand Master and Master Teacher (1999) and is a qualified Motivational Speaker. Karen is the Honorary Chairperson of RASA and is the Karuna Reiki Practitioner Representative for South Africa. Karen is recognized as a teacher by the Jikiden Reiki institute in Kyoto Japan, and Karen is a gifted Psychic.

Karen has been featured on Television and Radio and has written articles featured in numerous publications.

Karen was actively involved in scoping the curriculum for a National Certificate, with Health and Welfare Skills Education Training Authority – HWSETA and Quality Council for Trades and Occupations.

Karen teaches Reiki, Crystal Healing, Inner Alchemy and facilitates Louise Hay empowerment workshops. She is the principal teacher at the Soul Healing Academy and also a talented exhibiting artist. She has designed courses that are taught worldwide.

Courses on Offer

Karen teaches a wide range of Reiki courses at the highest level, from the traditional Usui Shiki Ryoho, through to Jikiden Reiki and the LightarianTM Gateway Program.

Karen is also a qualified teacher in complementary modalities, and offers valuable courses in Crystal Healing, Meridian Healing and Massage, through to Personal Development and Psychic Development Training programmes.

Otishia Nair

Otishia is a Reiki Master Teacher and Crystal Healing Teacher at Soul Healing Academy, with over a decade of experience in energy work and healing. Having completed her Reiki training 10 years ago under the guidance of Karen, Otishia has honed her skills and deepened her connection to the practice. With a passion for people and a background of over 25 years of training people in the Skin, Beauty, Health and Wellness industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her work.

Her journey into energy work is deeply rooted in her ancestral lineage, where healing practices have been passed down through generations. This rich heritage, combined with her professional experience, enables Otishia to offer a holistic approach to wellness, helping clients achieve balance, peace, and rejuvenation.

As a dedicated member of the Reiki Association of South Africa, Otishia is committed to empowering others through teaching, guiding, and sharing the transformative power of Reiki.

Anna Terblanche

Anna has always sensed energy even as a child. She always knew that energy can be used to heal. As an empath, she always wanted to help. Anna became a high school teacher with an Honours in Educational Psychology with the aim to help teenagers. After she left teaching, the desire to be of service never left. Anna answered the calling of being of service by becoming a Reiki practitioner. Through Reiki, she has helped people heal mentally and emotionally and physically! By teaching Reiki, she will be increasing the circle of healing and service and this makes her soul so happy!
